ReceiptVault is a receipt scanning and expense tracking tool operated by Zenith Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

Data Storage

For free users, all receipt data and images are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Your financial data is never sent to our servers. Premium users who opt into cloud backup have their data encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your financial data with any third parties.

Receipt Images

Receipt images uploaded by free users are processed and stored entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers. Premium OCR processing may send images to a secure processing service, but images are deleted immediately after extraction.

Payments

Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. This data helps us understand how ReceiptVault is used and improve the product. No personally identifiable information or financial data is collected through analytics.

ReceiptVault uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. Third-party cookies may be set by Google Analytics for anonymous usage tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some features may not work as expected.
