Service Provider

ReceiptVault is a receipt scanning and expense tracking tool provided by Zenith Apps. By using ReceiptVault, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Free and Premium Tiers

ReceiptVault offers a free tier and premium plans:

• Free: Up to 15 receipt scans per month, manual data entry, CSV export, and 8 expense categories.
• Pro (Monthly/Annual): Unlimited scans, automatic OCR extraction, cloud backup, tax category reports, multi-currency support, and priority support.
• Pro (Lifetime): All Pro features with a one-time payment, including all future updates.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription unless we notify you of a price change in advance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Lifetime Plan & Refunds

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features, including future updates. As a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase, lifetime plans are non-refundable. By purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Your Financial Data

ReceiptVault is a tool for organizing your receipts and expenses. We do not provide financial advice, tax advice, or accounting services. The tax deduction guides on our website are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional tax advice. Always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for your specific situation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReceiptVault for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Expense data and CSV exports generated using ReceiptVault are yours to use freely. The ReceiptVault software, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Zenith Apps.

Limitation of Liability

ReceiptVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zenith Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReceiptVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
